Parties are available for booking up to 2 days before desired date

If event is planned more than 30 days in advance:

• Refund of deposit will be granted up to 30 days prior to the event.

• A 50% refund of deposit will be granted if the cancellation occurs between 29-15 days prior to the event.

• No refund  of deposit will be granted if the cancellation occurs less than 15 days prior to the event.

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather or natural disasters), the event may be rescheduled.

If event is planned less than 30 days in advance:

• Refund of deposit will be granted up to 5 days prior to the event.

• A 50% refund of deposit will be granted if the cancellation occurs between 5-3 days prior to the event.

• No refund  of deposit will be granted if the cancellation occurs less than 3 days prior to the event.

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather or natural disasters), the event may be rescheduled.
