Cancellation Policy

If event is planned more than 30 days in advance: Refund of deposit will be granted up to 30 days prior to the event. A 50% refund of deposit will be granted if the cancellation occurs between 29-15 days prior to the event. No refund of deposit will be granted if the cancellation occurs less than 15 days prior to the event. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather or natural disasters), the event may be rescheduled. ​​ If event is planned less than 30 days in advance: Refund of deposit will be granted up to 5 days prior to the event. A 50% refund of deposit will be granted if the cancellation occurs between 5-3 days prior to the event. No refund of deposit will be granted if the cancellation occurs less than 3 days prior to the event.
