​How do I
place an order?
Click on the product that you are interested in.
1. Choose a size of the product.
2. Click “ADD TO CART” button .
3. Now you can continue shopping or check your shopping cart’s contents, by clicking on the cart icon in the upper right-hand corner.

Shipping
Orders will be shipped through USPS.
Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering. Your order will be shipped Standard Service unless you select an alternative. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 8 business days. We do not ship on Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Mayhem by Nature cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Returns
& Refunds
Your business is important to us! At Mayhem by Nature excellent customer service is our number one concern. This includes double checking your order and packaging everything carefully. Occasionally accidents do happen. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete please let us know right away so that we may correct the problem.
Due to the nature of our comsetic products we can NOT accept returns. If you are not happy with an item that you purchased, you will have 14 days from the day that your order was shippped, to request a refund. Please keep in mind our products are natural and handmade, therefore may vary from batch to batch. We do not refund any shipping & handling charges.
