The Cozy Coven is your book club’s home away from home—a warm, welcoming space where you and your people can gather, unwind, and get lost in conversation without the stress of hosting.

How do I book a Cozy Coven session?

Booking is simple—just choose your preferred date, time, and experience tier, and reserve your spot in advance. Once you’re booked, your space is held just for you and your group.

How many people can I bring?

We recommend groups of 4–10 guests for the best experience. Smaller or slightly larger groups may be accommodated—just reach out and we’ll see what we can do.

How long is each session?

Each gathering is 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on your booking. Need more time? You can add extra time if available.

Do we have to be an official book club?

Not at all. Whether you’re a long-standing book club or just a few friends reading the same book, you’re welcome here.

Can we choose our own book?

Absolutely. This is your gathering—bring whatever you’re currently reading or discussing.

What kind of refreshments are included?

All gatherings include access to coffee and tea. Depending on your tier, desserts and other treats may also be included.

Can we bring our own snacks or drinks?

We ask that outside food and drinks be kept minimal, as we offer refreshments in-house. If you have something specific in mind, feel free to ask ahead of time.

What are the tarot/oracle readings like?

For Full Ritual bookings, each guest receives a mini intuitive pull—a light, fun, and reflective experience meant to add a little magic to your gathering.

Can we customize our experience?

Yes! If you’re celebrating something special or want a specific vibe, let us know. We love adding personal touches when we can.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that things happen. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Is the space private?

Yes. Your group will have a designated, reserved area, booked outside of regular store business hours.

What if someone in my group has allergies?

Please let us know ahead of time so we can do our best to accommodate. We want everyone to feel comfortable and cared for.
