They are subject to the shipping methods and time schedules of outside suppliers. Customers will always be updated with tracking information as soon as it becomes available.

Occasionally accidents do happen. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete please let us know right away so that we may correct the problem.
We only allow returns in special circumstances, this means your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We only replace items if they are damaged or lost during shipping. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with proof that your item is damaged or when it is lost through no fault of your own.
