We only allow returns in special circumstances, this means your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We only replace items if they are damaged or lost during shipping. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with proof that your item is damaged or when it is lost through no fault of your own.
